Just returned home from a wonderful weekend stay at Sea View Manor. The property is beautiful and the space and design is perfect for large groups. There was a nice variety of rooms and the beds were comfortable - the white company products were a nice touch too. The outdoor area is so lovely, we adored using the heated pool. We also received a link to a really useful guide on the property including WiFi code and how to use all the tech bits etc. We could not of needed any more. We will definitely look to book again, as will the other guests I stayed with. Thank you Helen!

Very large house with excellent facilities, two kitchens fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need! Weekend with 20 girls, swam in the lovely warm pool in March great house for a family get together too! Huge lounge with lovely wood burner! Games room and beautiful bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Friendly and super helpful host, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a great weekend!

As my 60th birthday was fast approaching, my family decided to treat me on this very special occasion to a few days at the stunning Seaview Manor!
On entering the house it certainly has the 'WOW' factor, with gorgeous contemporary interiors and luxurious attention to detail throughout.
The property was meticulously clean and comfortable, and the owners were extremely helpful and kind with all the preparations for my big birthday!
Outside was equally impressive - who would believe we would be swimming in the open air in a magnificent heated pool in February!
Thank-you Helen and Charles for allowing us to share your very beautiful home....
My family and I have created some wonderful memories that we will always treasure. ❤️

We stayed at wonderful Sea View Manor for a weekend in September and had the best time. Amazing views of the sea from almost every window and we loved swimming in the pool which was super warm (31 degrees). We loved using the BBQ and pizza oven and especially the outdoor fire which meant we sat out late in the evenings without getting cold. We enjoyed the short walk down to the beach directly from the garden and the shops in Mundesley, especially the deli. We also ate at Rocky Bottoms just down the road which was the freshest and most delicious Seafood we have had in a long time. Really lovely welcome from Helen with her delicious orange cake - we really recommend this lovely holiday home. Thank you for am amazing stay - it was the height of luxury from start to finish xxx

Sea View Manor in Mundesley, Norfolk is where I had the pleasure to stay last week. This sublime property is a unique hideaway with everything you need for a perfect getaway.
The moment I walked through the doors of Sea View Manor, I was immediately impressed with the incredible contemporary stylish interior design. The choice of exceedingly comfortable sofas in the two separate lounge areas were perfect to relax after a day of exploring and beautiful walks along the beach. The beach is literally a stone throw away from the property, through the garden onto a track leading directly to the beach. The gardens, pool and hot tub is shielded and private, you can completely relax and enjoy watching the paragliding!
One night we ate at The Suffield Arms, near Cromer (definitely book in advance as it was fully booked on a Tuesday night), it’s a very short drive away, we enjoyed the most incredible tapas and great Rosé! On our return back to Sea View Manor, we lit the pre stocked wood burners and relaxed & enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere the property provides. It was difficult to choose which lounge to relax in as both of the lounges are stunning and so comfortable. We chose the Ralph Lauren lounge (the sofas and chairs are RL!!) the hidden speakers throughout the property made it so easy to connect our music.
We took advantage of the chef service on one of the nights which was such a treat and food was phenomenal.
The party room was great after dinner, as it’s adjacent to the second dining room & professional kitchen, so we could play pool, yet not feel excluded from our mates that continued to enjoy the views from the dining table.
The bedrooms are beautifully designed and decorated to such a degree that you feel like you are staying in a boutique hotel. Hearing the sea from my very comfortable bed led to a perfect nights sleep.
I couldn’t recommend this property more. It’s perfect for any occasion and you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful stunning location nothing was to much trouble for our host wonderful outside heated pool incredible stay with our friends & family will be back next year

Perfect From Start To Finish
Our stay at Sea View Manor Norfolk. Wow what a amazing stay. After searching for a venue to have a family union, this glamorous property ticked all the boxes. The drive through the villages en route were exciting. Local little shops offering very friendly service and great products. Once we arrived at Sea View Manor, WOW! we were greeted by the lovely owner who showed us around and gave us an enjoyable, warming and professional hand over, we were also recommended different local places of interest, activities and places to visit near by during the day. The QR code was also a helpful addition incase we forgot anything, which we did. The standard of the Manor is exceptionally high, clean throughout and what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bedrooms, all furnished to to a high spec and with beautiful bedding. Lounge and entertaining areas are stunning. The pool was lovely and warm, hot tub perfect for relaxing and over looking the patio and surrounding area. Very peaceful and tranquil. We cooked a family meal in the fully equipped kitchens before having games nite at the pool table and ping pong table. We went seal watching and visited the fantastic local beach which was a very short stroll away. The Local Ship inn is highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic long weekend
A group of 18 of us stayed in this beautiful house for a long weekend to celebrate my Daughters 21st Birthday. The house totally exceeded our expectations. All of the rooms are finished to an extremely high standard and there is lots of room to entertain. There are two kitchens, which are fully equipped to cater for large groups. We lost count of how many fridges and freezers there were, the coffee machine was amazing and there is lots of cupboard space to stock up for a long weekend. The white company toiletries were a nice touch and the beds were very comfortable, waking up to a sea view each morning can’t be beaten.The sound system is of superb quality and we made good use of the table tennis table and pool table in the games room.The outside space is amazing with a fantastic amount of furniture. The heated pool and hot tub were well used by most guests and the fire wall was great for heating marsh mellows! We couldn’t fault this place at all, anyone who stays here is sure to have an amazing time and find it to be value for money. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the summer.

Ideal setting
Looked for ages to find a place to stay in Norfolk that has it all and finally found this gem. Sea View Manor is very impressive with many rooms to choose from, all decorated to a high spec. A spacious outdoor area with a lovely pool/hot tub and outdoor shower with hot water. This was great for unwinding in a chilled out peaceful setting. Fantastic views across the sea with a short walk to the amazing beach. We sampled the delicious food from local eating establishments and purchased goods from local shops along with kayaking and seal spotting. So much to do, would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Luxury UK holiday
I visited Sea View manor in September for 5 days for a late summer family reunion. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The house is fabulous and tastefully appointed. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. It was perfect for us as we wanted to relax and spend time together. We managed to fit in lots of local activities too. We hired canoes on the Broads bought electric bikes from Woods in the Mundsley and explored the coastal area on our doorstep. The ladies fitted in some retail therapy in a lovely Mundsley boutique called Jupe. We even managed a boat trip to a Seal colony! And, my absolute favourite treat was a lobster meal at Rocky Bottoms. All in all this was my favourite UK holiday ever. Great accommodation and lots of accessible activities. Would thoroughly recommend and will certainly book again. Thank you Sea View Manor!!

Perfect winter weekend
Fabulous weekend with friends and family for my husband's 60th. Fantastic house, well equipped, beautifully decorated and with amazing views - we would definitely go back.
