Eight bedroom manor house which can accommodate up to twenty two guests.

Weekend - Friday  2 or 3 nights

Weekly - Friday or Monday min 7 nights

Mid week - Monday or Tuesday min 3 nights

As well as the breathtaking views, Sea View Manor has everything for the ultimate holiday, gathering or small wedding, whatever the time of year. It is a unique opportunity for groups to share this extensive property where everyone can enjoy the amazing facilities yet have space for seclusion and privacy.

Guests can spend the day on the beach, which can be accessed via a path direct from the property, or make the most of the 10m heated pool (under construction as at Easter 2023; photos to follow). Enjoy cocktails on a lounger by the pool house, then linger over dinner outside on the terrace listening to the waves beyond. Watch the sunset while gathered around the fire wall, or unwind in the hot tub.

Two vast superbly-equipped kitchens boast multiple fridges and all the gadgets you could hope for (Quooker, Siemens built coffee machine, teppanyaki plate, Dualit toaster. Siemens steam oven, Thermomix, .... the list is endless), so meal preparation is a breeze. Outdoor chefs making the most of the pizza oven and BBQ get first choice of music on the outside speakers, of course. Up to 30 guests can be seated outdoors, while indoors there are two spacious dining areas.

Accommodation is arranged over three floors: downstairs you will find three stylish and comfortable lounge areas in which to relax, with open fires and widescreen TVs, plus a games room with pool table. Share your playlist on the built-in speakers!

Bedrooms are spread over all three floors and provide ultra-flexible accommodation; most beds are zip-link so can be arranged as either singles or superkings. The master bedroom has an emperor bed with freestanding tub from which to enjoy those sea views and the ever-changing Norfolk light. Teens will enjoy the seclusion of the top floor with its potential for four single beds... if they can be dragged away from the pool table, that is. The family room has the perfect arrangement of screened bunk beds and en suite bathroom. Many other rooms also enjoy en suite bathrooms with underfloor heating, walk-in rain showers and charging points for electric toothbrushes
